Do not ever buy from sleepmasters

Worst ever, I pay my 2 accounts every month and every month they call me with the same story my account is in arrears, last month the accounts department “fixed” the mistake and it was told to me on email that I have to ignore any sms stating I am in arrears, now again they phone me that I am in arears??? Where does our money go? Why is the employed people not able to fix my accounts? Must I pay for their mistakes now?
