Extremely *********** and unprofessional staff at the call center. There's no communication between departments. Apparently they are not allowed to dial out hence they can't update us. They even go as far as putting you on hold or cutting the call while you are speaking. Their manager is always busy so he/ she can't return calls. All they are allowed to do is log tickets and tell ppl to wait 24 hours. Call Centre agents lack customer care and problem solving skills. All the agents that I spoke to in the last 4 days seem to have the same nonchalant attitude. From what I see I'm not the first person to complain about these things but there is still no improvement. For such a big company it's pathetic.
