Do not buy from this store

I bought the Restionic Bali at the Sleepmasters Cosmo City Mall on the 18 July,the bed is less than a month and is sagging,I called the consultant who was helping me and she said yeah,a lot of people are complaining about that bed,why did she not advise us before we bought the bed? I then went into the store and the manger and the consultant are giving me different stories and the manager had the audacity to say they cannot give me the big bosses numbers but the customer call centre. They are quick to deliver but when you complain, they take you from pillar to post.
