Dissatisfied

I paid for my bed cash on the 6th of December 2019 at Jabulani mall, they confirmed that I will be receiving my bed within 72hours but till today I have received my bed. I even paid for delivery but still no bed.

I tried calling serval times but I can’t get through, instead they keep telling me to call back they can’t hear me.
