Disgusting service from Thobile Mzizi(Manager) Arbour crossing

WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH SLEEPMASTERS ARBOUR CROSSING 😡 I have had enough of this. Thobile Mzizi from Arbour crossing continues to serve the worst service ever. Even after the lady from customer service tried to help me reach out to her by doing a conference call, she drops the call a couple of times which is rude. I don't know why nothing is done about this because I have been complaining. A refund was promised about a month ago and til today we have not received a call from the warehouse as they said. I'm so upset and angry and I want this sorted out soon. Sleepmasters has to be my worst experience ever.
