Disgusting service

This was the worst experience I have ever had in my life, I have been waiting 3 weeks and have still not received my bed and I have had to phone and follow up daily and received no help whatsoever to the point where I was literally told there was nothing that can be done to help me by the store as well as call center agents and live chats. I feel like I have been ****** as after getting the invoice I was shocked to see that I actually paying more than double the advertised price which I was not informed of at all, I am waiting for delivery and no one has been helpful regarding this and I have even said I would cancel and the agent I spoke to on Facebook was okay with that, I have honestly never felt so undervalued as a client and I would never recommend this place to anyone, its both terrible service as well as a ******* of a bed price
