Disgusting service And workmanship

Firstly ....1 star is 1 star too many A nightmare from start to finish and still ongoing. They couldn't give me a time of delivery , it will arrive anytime between 8am and 6pm . As a working woman I couldn't sit at home for the day hoping for a delivery by 6pm. Eventually I get an SMS that a tracking link will be send to me once the drivers are close...the tracking link was received as they pulled into my driveway.... The bases I'm convinced are made of cardboard. The feet supp**** doesn't fit properly and the bed is wobbly on the one bed . On the other bed the one foot does not even fit so the bed is resting on magazines. There was also a hole in the top of the "cardboard" base. I have never come across such poor workmanship and poor after sales service. Absolutely no one can tell me when my queries will be sorted. I feel totally **********. I need these bed bases collected and replaced with more sturdier bases....this is pathetic . I will
