Disgusting delivery

I'd give you negative stars if I could. My order was marked as delivered, yet wasn't received. I called your contact center and spoke to an agent. First things first, do your SCs not know if your courier is external or internal? Second, being told that I now have to wait until Monday for feedback, so I'm without a bed until my bed arrives. No ownership from their end, even your social media team is beyond confused. Why ask me to reach out via DM and not know what the situation is when I send the DM? This is disgusting, atrocious and most definitely the last time I do business with you.
