Disgusting customer service!

I went to sleepmasters for a bed and the level of customer service has been putrid!

After telling me everything’s been sorted and delivery payments made I had to call after the store to find out what the update was, I was called back to make a payment for delivery to happen only to call up and be told my bed will not be delivered and I’m yet to receive a refund, I requested a refund on 07 September and I’m not told after calling back again that it’ll only be processed Monday, September 16th once head office is open and I have to allow 7-14 working days in the meantime I’m left to sleep on a blowup bed because of the disgusting level of customer service, lack of feedback and a ridiculous level of incompetence!
