Disgusted

Bought a very expensive bed from this company, let alone to say not even a month later the stitching started coming apart, we then contacted the store to advise and request that the bed be changed as it is still under warranty.

6 weeks have passed, I have had to call the store every time to follow up. Eventually on Friday - spoke to the manager called Nolan - only to be told that I am rude, and that we are being unreasonable, when in actual fact we have been more than patient with this store regarding the return of the bed.

He went on to make snarky comments about me and my husband being pastors and how we treat people.

Now I am being told that the factories are closing so they can only help me in January which is ridiculous if you ask me, especially considering that I made this request 6 weeks ago.

I want the bed replaced - or I would like my money back. Simple two options.
