Disappointing service and product

I purchased a bed over a week ago and the size advertised did not match the size of the bed I received. its going on week 2 and have not received any feedback. on top of this issue the quality of the bed is so poor. I requested a new bed to exchange this one and their customer service team has not come back to me saying they are waiting for feedback form the supplier. and this is a company that is owned and run by Pepkor group. really frustrated and disappointed.
