Disappointed customer

I purchased a bed and pillows on credit last year June already,first it took a few days and not same delivery for my bed to arrive, then i waited 3 months for 2 sets of my pillows as they were forever out of stock up until today i have not yet received my other pillows no calls,no sms no emails regarding my products i am now almost paying my account for a year paying for products that is not yet in my possession this is totally unacceptable they didnt even give me a free gift for my high amount of purchase i made aswell sure it gets given to the staff
