Disappointed

I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing. You consider a company as being professional because of the image they present and yet they don't deliver, literally. I ordered my bed on Saturday 29 December and the same day they sent a text that it would be delivered on Wednesday, 31 December 2025. Wonderful news, no need to call the call center no need to ask them to rush. But unfortunately Wednesday has come, 31 December, New year's Eve, and I do not have a bed. I have to sleep on a cold hard floor and wait.
