Delivery !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and poor customer service !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered a bed on the 26 February 2022 online, I was promised that the bed will be delivered within 5 working days, when I follow up on the order I'm always promised that the bed will be delivered they are working on it , I logged the 3rd complaint already , no one is attending to my issue, Spleemasters service is very poor, with rude customer service agents, they are not helping to pay for this bed I paid it myself.. they must get qualified agents or send their employees for customers service course they dont have the agency of anything, i am afraid if i request refund they'll now take a year
