Delivery

I bought a bed at sleepmasters Keywest on the 30th December 2023, I was informed it will be delivered on the 2nd after holidays , since the 2nd of Jan they call and tell us the bed will be delivered but nobody has came in to deliver, My Mother went back to the store this morning she was told that the delivery guys turned back My Mum asked why did they return no answer. I am at work I have them trying to call them on their line their number is always busy ***, they told my Mum delivery date will be on the 6th , if the bed is not delivered tomorrow Morning I need my money back I can not wait the entire week for a bed. Poor poor poor service they don't have customer service at all . The bed was bought by S Mathentombi my Brother , My Number is *** Vuyo. Sleepmasters I want my bed delivered tomorrow I am a customer so keep your promise .
