Delayed delivery

I bought a base set on the 7/12/2017, at sleep master central city, today 15/12/2017 it is not yet delivered, i was called by Tshegofatso on 12/12/2017 telling me that the goods will be delived to their shop between 13th and 14th and i will come to collect today which is the 15th, i called her to ask about the base set and she told me that the warehouse is doing a stock take so i cant get it today. This is a bad service i can't buy goods on the 7th and today its the 15th i am still told to wait i mean how long does it take the warehouse to despatch the goods. Very bad customer service i will no longet even consider purchasing anything from them in the future
