Delayed Bed Delivery

I ordered a bed from sleep masters on the 29th of September when I had to move in into my new place and till today the 13th of October 2025 I haven’t received my order of the bed. I cannot deal with such a bad service and the inconvenience i have suffered for the past 3 weeks. I want an immediate refund in order to get myself a bed from a different service provider
