Dehumanizing service

I am highly sicken and disgusted by the pathetic service that you Sleepmasters offer. On the 2/2/2022 I purchased a bed the shop took the money but the still no bed . I opted to self pickup the bed from the shop but upto date the is not at the shop. Sleepmasters is dehumanizing money robbing shop that needs to be closed down.. I the the day I walked into the shop. I haveived into a a glatand I sleeping on the floor and sleep master States they don't know when will they have the bed. So I could be sleeping on the floor for months for all they care. I recommend that noone engages in any business with this bed shop.

The shop has called and states that they do not know when they will have the bed, I have paid fo a truck to take the bed today and my other belongings to the new flat I don't have the bed and now I have to move out today as in now... Who will pay for the picking up of the bed on whatever day they have it, where shall I sleep all these days I have. Chronic medical condition how will pay for my treatment after such a dehumanizing ordeal when ever it ends.my contact number is ***. The store took my money for their profit and commission but I do not have the bed thiss is utter *******. I called the call center only to be told they have no contact with their stores so they can not do anything
