Defective Restonic Bazaruto Bed

Complaint: Defective Restonic Bazaruto Bed I purchased a Restonic Bazaruto bed from Sleep Masters in Wonderpark in November 2023, paying R7000. I collected the bed in May 2024 after completing the layby.

Issues with the Bed Approximately three months after collection, the mattress started tearing at the stitches. I reported the issue to Thuli, the sales lady, who advised me to take pictures. Due to my location, I could only return with the pictures and proof of purchase in December.

Unresolved Issues Despite providing the required documentation, I was informed that the factory store was closed and that someone would contact me in January. The bed's base now makes creaking noises when in use.

Dissatisfactory Response After multiple visits, I finally received a call from the store, stating that the damage was due to wear and tear, and that I had reported it too late. I'm extremely disappointed in the product's quality and the store's response.

Desired Resolution I hope to resolve this issue and find a suitable solution, considering the bed's age and the amount paid.
