Defect item

I bought a Barbados bed which was delivered on the 2nd Dec 23 at night,I was not even able to check the bed bcz the delivery guy never gave me a chance to he dropped it and left. I never slept on the bed bcz I went on vacation. It was only last night when I got home, I noticed that the bed has a hole and the is a sound when I'm tossing and turning which is quite alarming for a brand new "inspected" bed to have such defects. I am highly disappointed and I'd like it to be exchanged
