Deeply inconvenience by Sleepmasters delivery address error

I placed an order with Sleepmasters protea glen on 9 november asked for delivery to be made on 28 November and provided the address it should be delivered to. They did not update the address and instead used the address I was moving from. It is almost the end of the day and they failed to deliver , due to a mistake not caused by myself
