Damaged furniture

I purchased a bedroom suite, just to receive damaged goods from the factory on delivery.I immediately lodged an complaint, no feedback or sms receivedwith the ref. No.. I have phoned and phoned, just to get empty promises like "I have escalated your complaint" oh please! still no call received.Now, you already have my money but I have to sit with damaged furniture? No, not acceptable. I will take this so far you will be seen as the worst suppliers ever. Replace your below standard damaged furniture immediately!
