Damaged bed

I purchased a bed online in August 2024 ,the bed was delivered ,however the bed is poking in the middle ,I called Sleepmasters head office explained my story ,they promised to send something evaluate the bed and even asked for pictures explaining the issue ,I have not heard anything from them ,I am the one who does follow ups ,I am not happy with the service the provided,I don't owe the bed I bought it cash. I am yet to hear anything from them .
