CUSTOMER COMPLAINT😡😡😡

I Bought Wardrobe and Bed in November 2021 all to find the wardrobe that they gave me was Faulty I did sent the email address to their customer care emails no attended me I’m I did went to to one of the where the purchase was made they requested pictures and all that still no progress ,I phoned them they gave me reference number still no luck , I went to store again to do follow up it seems as if no one cares the only thing they do is to give me reference number no solution

On that note I am still paying for that but and they always calling when there payment and I never missed any payment but to resolved Customer problems they don’t even care
