Cruel and inhuman company.

I’m honestly heartbroken by the experience of this place . I bought a bed on Saturday and then unfortunately on the same day a family member died. I went on Monday pleading for my money back as it would be needed for funeral arrangements. They became the most unhelpful and impolite people I have ever seen. By Wednesday it was clear nobody wanted to help me or had Ubuntu for my situation. I kept being taken left and right . I called every manager , agent and resolutions consultant explaining my story . Nobody cared about . They highlighted that they were just busy and didn’t care why I needed the funds urgently. The funeral even went by and I was being told that certain documents were missing and they couldn’t call me because there was no electricity. I was ignored and nobody had a sense of urgency. Beware of this cruel company with no social responsibility
