Cozy beds bad quality

I have never been so disappointed in a brand and store. I bought cozy beds from the sleepmaster store. And the legs of the twin beds are broken and the guest room bed is sagging inside. The beds are used on occasion as the owners visit once a month or twice for 2nights only.

Visited the sky city branch for a refund and I was refused to get one and was told to chose other beds. That was in oct/Nov till today nothing was delivered. My other bed was not looged as complaint as I am not happy with the bed also.

Can u take all ur beds and give me my money back 😡😡😭
