Con artists

I purchased a bed from these guys cash on the 30th September. They didn't inform me of any delays and **** that it would be delivered in 48 hours.. I had to call to find out why it hadn't been delivered and was given appalling attitude by what was seemingly a manager.. He told me how cheap it was and accused me of lying.. Apparently they told me it was out of stock.. But why would I buy a bed cash if I didn't need it immediately.. I've had to go out and buy a sleeper couch which I have been sleeping on for 9 days now.. I asked for a refund ??like guys that will take 7 days again... What a nightmare.. These are con artists... Situated at South Gate... I'm not impressed..
