Complaint of poor service delivery

I purchased a product on credit at sleepmasters on the 22nd of September 2021 up to this day my product has not been delivered .My understanding was because of the unrest/looting which happened a few months ago,but to wait 2weeks its totally unacceptable.Thanks to the Sleepmasters in Verulam they were explanning the whole situation about the innavailability of the product required.But still on the day i was sure to have my product delivered,I had to wait probably a few more days judging by the look of things
