Complaint

I would like to lay a complaint on the poor service I received from one of your branches in Queenstown . I was disrespected and treated in a rude manner by the 2 sales ladies who refused to give me their names . I went to buy a headboard (Brisbane) and I showed the sales lady the one I want , which she said is the one covered , and I told her that is not the one that I want . She continued taking me to Russel furniture to show me the headboard which was a bit confusing to take me to a different store but we went . Indeed we got to Russel furniture and we found the headboard I wanted .

We returned back to sleepmaster store. I told the sales lady again that the headboard that is covered is not the same as the one we saw at Russel furniture. I asked her to remove the cover so I can see and feel the quality before I buy it . I cant buy something That i did not see .She said then they can't do that , the one that is covered is for the other client . If i can't take their word then that is my problem not theirs
