Complain

I bought a single bed at sleepmaster Moratiwa crossing the lady who helped me was so nice I don't want to lie she gave me the best service ever then warehouse send me a message that I will get my bed on the 2nd of April then they didn't deliver or bother to call me about my delivery until i went back to the store on the 4th of April to cancel my order as they will be no one to receive my bed but the cancelation is giving me a serious problem as head office they can't help me I am so disappointed with the service and I need my refund ASAP I am not happy with this bad service I am receiving I will never recommend this shop to anyone why I have to suffer when I need my refund
