Complain

I went to Sleepmasters in Kempton Park in Kempton Square, bought a Restonic bed and a week later the bed was in a bad condition.. I called the shop and I complained about it to the manager and I was told it would be sorted within seven days.. A month later I constantly have to call to follow up and my issue is not resolved. I'm so unhappy with their service and wouldn't recommend it to anyone
