Cloud nine bed

I bought a cloud nine at sleepmasters in paarl after one week the bed start to sage i reported the matter to them and they sent a agent to come and look at it after a week the agent did not load the report to cloud nine and they informed me that the agent had to put it on the system.They will sent a notice to sleepmasters i phone sleepmasters they informed me that they will only do it when cloud nine will come back them.My husband had a back operation and the bed keep on sagging not even two months.I paid 6899.00.Bad service from cloud nine and sleepmasters
