Claim for ****** Cellphone.

Afternoon my mom take 2 cellphones at Sleepmasters Idutywa on credit.She got smuged by junkies and they took one phone that she bought with her credit.When she went to the store to make a claim she was told to go to the police station and open a case and she was also told she must go to her service provider.She went to to the nearest telkom and they help her to call and the phone was blaclisted.She went back to the store with the affidavit and the case NO,They told her that they sent her documents to the head office and there will be investigation.Since August 2024 till now she did not get a new phone where as the phone was Insured and the dept was settled last month..Their Service is poor and i am not gonna let that slide untill this is sorted.Mom"Cell *** my cell ***.
