Cheap quality beds no happy at all.

Purchased a bed online at R2700 charged R300 delivery fee - which is 5km away from were I live , when received, 1st night of sleep was horrific springs are poking my back next day I asked a return, to my suprise.

Please kindly take note I have seen your request. Kindly advise if the items are still in their original packaging ?

Please send me pictures of the item as it is currently ,should the items not be in their original packaging or opened/damaged you will be charged a 15% handling fee on the product only.

Should the product be damaged you will be charged a higher percentage and you will not be refunded the delivery charge. The reason for this is we do not resell second hand goods as they will be sent to an auctioneer to be sold at a low price.

I'm going to Run a loss of R790. Absolutely terrible service ,I might as well keep the Springs??
