Change/refund

I am exausted ,3 weeks ago I bought a bed and suppose to get my refund/change back. Am still waiting till now ,no one contacting me unless I call them ,,this Kagiso lady in gezina branch ,she really doesn't have an idea what she's doing there,every to time u call the store ,she promise to get back to u and she never does .I need help with my money please ,contacted the head office and she's not answering .my references no *** I need my money before end of today
