I have did a online purchase for a bed over a month ago, they can't even update they system they dnt keep up to they word they can't even take an order for 1 bed properly or sort the issue out, how in the hell they going to manage if they get a contract to supply 100 beds pw, they employe people who know ntn, they will tell u they dnt kwn, ppl can't even track a order sort the problem g8ve u a date that they can deliver they give u stories...

They will open a service complaint but do ntn what's the use they will send u round n round I've been chatting to about 7 people via email some dnt even reply ask for a direct line to contact 1 person to help u sort the issue they will send u the no but dnt answer the phone or reply to emails I'm confused they all tell me the same thing Shirley pulisa even gave me a date saying end next week the bed shud be delivered come end next week no bed no call no email ntn I call again to speak to the so called manag3r who kwns ntn names zanetle sends me a order proof showing they received the payment n pending the delivery I already know that I want to kwn when will I get my bed, they dnt reply

How dumb of of company is this being Jdg group who can take ppls money n neva deliver, even worse employe ppl who dnt kwn ntn can't even handle 1 query I give up I'm lost simple abc they can't fix,,, USELESS
