Biggest ****s with bad beds

I swear there is no other shop that can frustrate you like Sleepmasters. Every time the debit order goes off for the bed that i am not enjoying happens i go numb. I have been trying to exchange a bed for months and nothing is happening. The mattress makes sounds and it's not even a year old. The 1st time they brought a base instead of a mattress, the second time the driver went to a wrong adress when we told him he was rude and never came to our house. The 3rd time they promised us a bed but brought us a base that looks awful underneath. Last week i got a call from a warehouse asking if i received the bed, this is after 4 months in the year. I tell them no, the guy was so quick to hang up the call without giving me an answer as to when the exchange will happen. A week after i call i am told they cannot do anything without a reference number from the shop, i am told the person who called wont be able to trace me using the numbers he used to call me. They told me over and over they wont help me without a reference. The mattress is unbearable, the base isn't straight and i pay them every month. All i want is a new bed but looks like i am wasting my time. I just want finish paying it and go nowhere near this **** of a shop
