Bedbugs on a new bed!!!

I had bought a bed at Sleepmasters in Diepkloof in 2015 with only having it for 3 weeks there was big old thick bed bugs all around at places where you could not see them. I had never experienced such bad sleepless nights for 2 nights than discovered the bed had bed bugs a brand new bed at this. I made telephone contact several times for them to collect it, I was promised it would be collected I had to put the bed outside because it would infect the entire house. I had to buy a new bed the same week at Bradlows and paid it off in full. I immediately stopped payments from my account after 3 months. Till today I am receiving threatening sms's I am the one supposed to sue the business of which I did not. Please remove my name from your data base or I will take legal action with immediate effect. Very bad service disgrace of a company!!!
