Bed torn paid cash at Sleep masters Vaal President Hyper

I bought a bed at Sleep masters at vaal President hyper on the 19th of Feb,I paid it cash restonic bed i advised the lady on the floor that can it please be delivered on Saturday at heildeburg i will confirm with details. On Tuesday i sent her details of my address but because she was not responding to my text WhatsApp i called her to make sure she received the message,during that call i realised that this lady is not sure of me because she started telling about R3000 rand bed I didn’t buy i explained my self then after she remembered but thereafter i was not free because i was scared that she will deliver a wrong bed.I told her on Wednesday that can I please change my address to be Vanderbjlpark but still Saturday because i am moving to heildeburg Sunday morning the lady agreed.Saturday morning i called to follow up whats going and how far is delivery and she said shes not at work she’ll be only telling me once she’s there and it was going to 12:00 and I am concerned because I don’t have a bed and I’m moving to new place at heildeburg before than i had been staying with a friend at Vaal for a month since i got the job. When i called around half 12 she told me my bed it wont be delivered since I change the address i never been so frustrated in my life and disappointed. I asked if she has one on the floor and take that one because i can’t sleep standing Sundays and Monday have to go to work she said they don’t have it i have to top up and choose new one while i only plaid 5000 and 300 for delivery because i only have that money.She ended up gave me that floor one its in very bad quality it is torn and at-least i had a bed to sleep on but i am very disappointed and sad about the service she gave me worse i wanted to buy another bed same as this for my mother and be delivered at Nongoma but now i don’t trust sleep masters …
