**** bed sold to me by Sleepmasters Watergate

I would like to share my disappointment with Sleepmasters Watergate, Mitchell’s Plain. I bought a Serta Queen Bed there. The bed that was delivered to me is 100 percent NOT the one that I tested at the store. The one I received is rock hard and nowhere is it written Serta on the mattress or base. The sales lady who assisted me is giving me the run around. I think she sold my original bed to someone else and had a **** delivered to me. They are playing hide and seek with exchanging it. I called the Customer Care line and they told me a ticket was logged but nothing, no feedback has been given to me. I paid R7500 cash for that bed for my sick mother with back problems due to a spinal injury and kidney failure. She cannot sleep on the bed because it is rock hard. I’m crying as I write this because once the sale has gone through, they don’t care!! They just don’t care. All my savings gone to Sleepmasters. NB: DO NOT BUY FROM SLEEPMASTERS!!!
