Bed replacement

I have been waiting for a bed replacement since june, despite the number of times I call them. They keep on telling me they are escalating it!! This is unacceptable as this is my everyday bed and it got broken because their guys didn’t do a great job when delivering it. I should have trusted the reviews before purchasing from them. Now i have to use my airtime to follow up to their nonsense excuses!! Replace my bed already!!
