Bed paid for then ******

Bought a bed in store, was supposed to be delivered on the 22nd of December 2025. It’s now the 29th of December, countless calls to customer care later, still no bed and the online tracker (which wasn’t working from the 24th till now) shows my order is complete and delivered. I haven’t recieved my bed, and customer care line just rings.
