Bed not delivered in 2 weeks

Hi. I bought 2 beds from sleep masters in Centurion over 2 weeks back. They delivered only and told me their warehouse will bring me one. Up to today am still waiting and every time I call am told they are still waiting for the supplier. What a disaster and pathetic service. I asked them for a refund and am told I need to send my bank statement to some email and it will take another 7 days before I can get my money. What about Popi act protecting my details. This people do not care about their customers as long as we gave them money that's all for them no service delivered.
