Bed not delivered

I lay-by a bed a while back and paid my last installment on 25th June 2021 and have been communicating with a car named Takalani Budzwa and told me that the warehouse will contact me and delivery takes 3 to 10 working days but I have been waiting for the call with no luck and when I follow up with Takalani I receive no response I am so angry this is really poor service. It's either sleepmaster delivers my bed or they give me my money back so I can go buy my daughter her bed elsewhere. She was so excited about getting her own bed and this poor service had broken my little ones heart... Sleepmaster doesn't seem to care about its customers which is so sad. I had planned to get a 2nd bed from them but with the service I am getting no more
