Bed not delivered

My name is Thulani Madikwa I ordered a bed from their website on the 29\06\2020 which i paid on the samw day incliding delivery R3299 and was give order number ***....now since today nothing has been said only it would take 10 working days now yesterday i called their customer to no success wasted R200 worth of airtime waiting. I GOOGLED branches and found out there was one in Gugulethu i wrnt there and asked and what was the answer they gave me they cannot assist me,how *********** is that as i am really upset my wife thinks i used money for my fun.......I write this review with great sadness and anger as i see even on your Facebook inbox u did not want me to write what i wanted to say which led to this me venting out on Hello Peter as i need help.
