Bed not being delivered

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Sleep Masters. I have received multiple messages from them regarding my delivery, with the delivery date being changed repeatedly. I have been told on several occasions that my order would be delivered, only for the delivery not to happen.

What has made this experience even more frustrating is the lack of communication and the fact that my complaints are seemingly being ignored. I have spent so much time following up, only to be given another delivery date that is not honoured.

This entire situation has been incredibly stressful and disappointing. Customers should not have to continuously chase a company for an order they have already paid for, nor should they have to deal with repeated broken promises regarding delivery.

I hope Sleep Masters takes this complaint seriously and improves their communication and delivery service.
