Base

Hi I'm very disappointed with the service the sleep master shop gave my grandmother at Key West shopping center . She bought a bed November 2019 then the base broke then last year June she went and reported and she was told that the warranty was over so she had to pay a certain amount of money which was R600 something but first they will negotiate with the people doing the beds to give her the whole set as the design of the bed was old and they would give her a call. No call was done, we went several times with empty promises. December she went again and she was told that they can't give her the whole set, they'll just replace the base so they will get back to her.Jan she went back again and paid the amount they needed and she was told to wait for the call from them and nothing, recently she went to ask what was going on then she was told that they can't see the documents(invoice) so kindly assist because she's been waiting for too long Damaria Yeni-***
