Bad sevice

We purchased a bed and base set from a local store in July of 2018. Zodiak mk2. The base broke on 17/04/19. I contacted Sleepmasters via Facebook on 19/04/19, and they said that the base must be inspected and that they will send an inspector.

I emailed them after a week to find out when the inspection will be, as we are sleeping on the mattress on the floor, and I had surgery a while ago. After numerous unsuccessful attempts to get a date of inspection, they are ignoring me.
