bad service sleepmasters in Tembisa Birch Acres Mall

I bought a Restonic Bazaruto bed in January at Sleepmasters and the very same month I had the problem with the bed as it was falling in while it was still brand new, I logged a complaint with the store and they change the mattress in March after 2 months I logged a complaint. After changing the mattress in March , I had the very same problem as the bed was falling in again, I logged a complain in March and til to this date they have not resolved my issue, the store manager keeps on saying he has logged a call and they will come and they will give me a new bed but it is just empty promises as always. I want them to refund me my money, and they take their bed, I will go and buy in a new place where I will get better customer service and experience. I need help, as I am about to go to the Ombudsman.
