Bad service provided

I order a bed at sleepmaster online and received it first week of October, I lodged a complaint with them requesting to return the bed but I haven’t received any feedback on that. The state of the bed is very bad as I can feel the springs, very uncomfortable to sleep on, and it’s very sloppy and saggy.
